Built to be forgiving

A streak that punishes one missed day is a streak you abandon. Freezes cover a limited number of missed days automatically, and a reminder arrives while the streak can still be saved.

Seeing the pattern

The Activity page shows a month calendar, your best week, a six-month trend with perfect months marked, a breakdown of what you've actually been recording, and your freeze history — plus a share card if you want to.
