How MyArthIQ collects, stores and protects your data, and the terms that govern using the app.
Information We Use
Account details, profile data, goals, budgets, assets, liabilities, household links and support messages are used to operate your workspace.
Financial records you add remain connected to your authenticated account and household permissions.
We may use aggregated, non-identifying product signals to improve reliability, safety and user experience.
Specifically, we store: your email, name, date of birth, gender and city tier (used only for calculators and demographic-tuned suggestions), profile picture, the financial data you manually enter or import (bank/FD/PPF/EPF/NPS/mutual fund/stock/gold/property/loan/insurance/credit card records, transactions, budgets, goals), notification and currency preferences, and DPDPA consent timestamps.
Security Practices
MyArthIQ uses authenticated sessions, role-aware access, refresh-token flows and security headers to reduce exposure.
You should keep passwords, temporary passwords and security answers private.
Admin and household features should only be used with people you trust.
Terms Of Use
MyArthIQ is a planning and organization tool, not a bank, broker, insurer, tax adviser or legal adviser.
Insights, projections and dashboards are informational. Review major financial choices with qualified professionals.
Access can be limited for abuse prevention, security, maintenance or violation of these terms.
Your Choices
You control what finance records you add and which trusted members you invite.
You can update profile details, use privacy mode to mask amounts, and request support when something looks wrong.
Do not upload data you do not have permission to store or share.
Cookies & Tracking
Strictly necessary cookies (session authentication, security, load balancing) are always active -- the app cannot function without them.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics/GTM) are off by default and only activate after you accept them in the cookie banner; you can withdraw consent anytime in Settings.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell any data to ad networks.
A small number of preference cookies/local storage entries remember your theme, language and remember-me email -- these contain no financial data and are never sent to a server.
You can clear cookies from your browser at any time; doing so will simply log you out and reset saved preferences.
